What does it mean to Nurture Fit Brains?

Our brains are social organs and they are shaped positively and negatively by our experiences with others and ourselves. Therefore, healthy, safe, stable, and secure relationships [with family, friends, teammates, coaches, etc…] not only promote optimal brain development but also serves as the foundation for peak performance.
